In IT troubleshooting, computers or networking, I find that 75% of problems are caused by stupid things easily overlooked as "Nah, it can't be that, I ain't even checking that."  |

I had a similar problem. Do you have any special characters in your password ($,%,#, etc.)? I had a % and click2call would never take my password. I changed my password to just letters and numbers and it solved the problem immediately.
