Cancelling seems next to impossible?

I'm finding it awfully difficult to cancel. Does anyone have a fax number for Vonage Canada customer service? If so could you please email it to me at: ureachme1@mailbolt.com

I'm trying to cancel and it's just impossible. Man, there's aways a catch with these operators. I should have never joined until they could first iron out the bugs, namely hiring more customer service reps.

It seems to be a crapshoot - I did have to cancel one Vonage line a month or so back...I called, asked to cancel, got transferred and was done within a few minutes.

I know others have had trouble. Sorry I can't be of any real help...

Yah I feel your pain. I just cancelled due to many reasons, one of them is that the customer service is just brutal. I had them hang up on me a few times if you can beleive that. I guess I must of offended them or something. I guess the customer's always right is a thing of the past.

Oh man....been trying to cancel .....have to take a day from work to do it.....!
Couldnt get thru to their tech support to make it work ....tried several times.....waited days .....signed up 10 months ago .....never worked.....now they want more money to cancel the account.... cancellation charges for a service that never worked!!!
