When did you activate Vonage? I called Vonage and the CSR said there will be activation fee.

March '05. Back then if you purchased your box, there was no fee. Are you saying that you were charged an activation fee for a box purchased from a retail outlet?

I was charged the activation fee. I bought the Linksys PAP adapter from Circuit City in Jan 2006.
