Just had Vonage installed and most times the sound quality at my end is fine but nearly always the person on the other end complains of loud whistling or clicks. Has anyone else experienced this and is there a solution or is it just something that you have to accept with Voip?

Happens sometimes, I just hang up and redial - works fine.

Yep, I get this on most calls. Hanging up and redialing is a really poor solution. If I can't get this resolved (having tried different routers, Pap2 direct to modem etc) and Vonage cannot resolve then unfortunately I'll need to cancel. I had high hopes for this but it doesn't seem quite ready for mass market.
