ok last night i was on the phone with a call i made thru Vonage and then all of a sudden it cut out and it just dorps calls sometimes so i didnt think anything of it but then i looked at my motorola voice box thingy and the green light keeps blinking... blink pause blink pause blink... and so on... i cant even access the internet now unless i disconnect the motorola thingy from my computer and then directly plug in my cable modem to my computer... and then i called tech support looking for help but they didnt help much and didnt really ask me much cept when it happend and told me to leave it alone for 6-12 hours (this was after i called when they said to do the same thing and call back in 3-4 hours)... i dont really know what leaving it alone will do... so i guess i cant rely on there help so if anyone here can help me... and i also just noticed that when my cable modems plugged in theres 2 green lights on the ethernet adfapter but when i unplug the cable modem and then set it up so my motorola box thingy is connected theres jhust one green light and the other ones not lit... i looked at what the lights were for and it says 10=off 100=grn 1000=yl... so im guessing its off... maybe that has something to do with it i dont know im dumb oh well id appreciate some assistance and sorry for the bad punctuation and stuff heheh
