Started losing audio on calls - Caller can hear me, I can't hear caller, this will happen during a call.

*Changed the bandwidth settings to normal earlier.
Voip test seem to be normal.

*Re set Modem Router in proper order.

Any ideas of what to test for next until Monday rolls around and Exc supports open?

Your test results look great and you've already tried re-booting. How about interference? You haven't stumbled against the old wireless router/cordless phone problem have you?
