I assume that the RTP is still functioning for phone calls if you plug a phone directly into it? When you plug the RTP into the wall jack, does the phone light stay lit? Does it flash? Are all phones unplugged from the wall jacks?

If I understand you correctly, you now have separate jacks on the wall for the DSL modem and for the Vonage adapter. Is this correct? Are you sure that the red-green on the Vonage jack is connected to the blue/white, and the the red-greens on all your other household jacks are also connected to the blue/whites?

I got it!. Since I was using a wall jack with two receptacles there was no need to use line two in the wall jack. As soon as I connected the blue/white to line one of jack two, it worked. My house is now completely wired. I got it to work with my Direct TV as well. Thank you to those who helped me!
