Can't call fax line

I just placed a order for a new fax line 3 days ago. I get a dial tone and I can call and send faxes out. When I try to call the new fax line or receive faxes I get a message stating the user is not available. I can call the new fax number using my other Vonage line, but not an outside line. Anyone know how I can fix this problem? I tried calling customer service multiple times with no luck getting through.

Unfortunately, it is unlikely that anyone here can help directly. You'll have to get hold of customer service for a problem like this.

No one at customer service could figure out what was wrong. So after 3.5 hours on the phone and 4 calls I gave up and cancelled the fax line. To bad for them.
