And I'll agree whole heartedly with you and Steve here. As I just said in a different thread, I don't know of a single other company that seems to care so little for their customers as Vonage. From completely unresponsive customer service, to raping long-term customers with above-retail prices for replacement adapters and refusing to activate other reasonably priced adapters, to many other examples we see reported here. I'm beginning to think that I'd easily pay another $10/month or so over Vonage's $25, in order to get REAL customer service and support. After all, one $100 replacement adapter a year, which isn't unreasonable with the Vonage adapters, and we're already paying almost another $10/month already. |
