[B]I finally cancelled my Vonage soft phone (doesn't work well at all) and will cancel my other account as well.
I cannot email Vonage. They won't let you due to the high volume of email...this, no doubt, because of the high volume of problems.
Our security company was not happy that we got Vonage...they depend on the phone and said Vonage is a problem.
I am thoroughly disgusted with Vonage! |

Actually, Vonage should have been able to handle the problem when I complained to them directly earlier. They couldn't...or wouldn't. |

Have you checked the "Softphone Forum?"
Softphone quality is dependent upon PC setup and Cable connection quality. You said nothing about your configuration.
We don't handle complaints here. We can solve most setup and config problems, but we aren't psychics, either. Present the problem in the correct forum and be patient, help will appear. (eventually). |
