While I think the site has a nice, clean design, the scrolling text (listing the Vonage FAQs) is distracting and IMO unneeded. I would think listing them like the "Main Menu" would look nice.

It's only one person's opinion. Does any like the scrolling text over fixed text?

It is indeed a little distracting. Not a huge deal, though, but it would be nice (since they are there) if the scrolling links (FAQs) were updated.
