I am being told that the outbound CID only displays our phone number and location. When we had our number ported (2/9/2006), the outbound CID said our name and number.
From reading the forum, Vonage only displays the outbound number. Any ideas why Vonage only displays the number?
Would be kinda nice to display the name. |

there are probably no less than 200 posts relating to this. short story is, they don't. when you port, it may keep the info for a few days, but it will go away as you noticed. to read an explanation, search this forum and/or read this: http://www.dslreports.com/forum/remark,11327439 |

Let's see! There are over 200 posts ON ANOTHER FORUM!!!!!!
I DID search THIS forum and found a few...like 3 posts concerning this.
Maybe there SHOULD be an FAQ on this. Make one...instead of flaming someone who states he READ "the forum"
