And you are asking this member for what reason???
Would you also like his/her DOB, SS #, how about their banking info?

I just find it funny that someone would write:
"any help would be great!!!!"
but yet they do not give any information that would allow someone to help. |

This info will not help you in helping them. |

Vonage initially says 10 - 14 days to transfer a number. Once they miss the 14 day window, then they begin to say 20 days. Last time I checked that is called false advertising. Maybe a good lawyer would like to start a class action suit. I've seen enough posts that complain of transfer time longer than 14 days to convince me that Vonage is falsely advertising their transfer times.
On top of that, their number transfer people are clueless. Calling them gets you nothing more than what you can read on the web site. |

Exactly what is needed here. Everyone not ported after 20 business days (as THEY state) should be entilted to a monthly refund of their vonage service charge UNTIL the port goes thru. A suit like this would be a sure winner in court! Clear cut false advertisment. |

I'd join that class action suit ... it's already been about 45 days so far without porting my number ... I don't even ask for customer service I only speak with their Supervisor and I've already sent an email to Jeffrey Citron, CEO jeffrey.citron@vonage.com if you're interested. |
