Your location -PA Your ISP name and type - Adelphia cable Modem make and model -TI VTech IP8100-2 Device set up Setup of Network ie Modem---->Vonage Adapter-->PC
Ever since switching to Vonage I have been getting these errors in IE. I have to re-click or re-load the page for them to work. I am using the TI VTech IP8100-2 Device set up. I am not using a seperate router and have Norton AV installed. Is there an easy fix to stop these annoying errors?

Have you verified that eliminating the Vtech from your setup makes the errors go away? Is the Vtech set up as a DNS server? Is the telephone function working properly? |

Well, I'm going to flounder a bit until one of the networking experts steps in. Does the problem persist once you've gotten into the site? Once you've got access, are your upload and download speeds normal? What, by the way, is normal for you? Are you running any bandwidth intensive programs? |

The problem does persist but is random. If I refresh or click the link again it works.
I ran a speed test and got dl 1655.8 Kbps upload speed is 471 kbps.
No bandwidth intensive programs. |

I'm afraid I'm at a loss. If no one else steps in with some ideas, it looks like you're due for a session with customer service. |

I think Steve was headed in the right direction (DNS), but I don't know much about your Vonage device. Does it have a web interface, or is it one of the units that you configure via touch tone? |
