Hello Reebok and all, thanks for your reply.

Here is the Test for Voip. I have had better scores, 4.7 and 3.8 I have tested it a few times before, this is well the lowest.

What can i do to sort it out please?

Basically, you're getting a lot of packet discards on the uplink, and this reflects the fact that your bandwidth is pretty low. Your internet service is marginal for Voip and, as Reebok said, your results may not be so good.

you can try to get a new isp. or you could try Vonage as there is a...what, 7 day trial I think it is. but I fear there's really nothing you can do to improve that connection. if it's the only choice you have, as I suspect it is, you can give the free trial a shot as I mentioned, just make sure you turn your bandwidth saver to the lowest setting (30). that's an option in your Vonage customer website if you decide to sign up.

You can also talk to your ISP. If you aren't getting measured bandwidth equal to what you're paying for, that's an obvious talking point. Otherwise, you can see if they offer more bandwidth at a reasonable price.
