Forget waiting for a reply to an email. The last 2-3 days when I try to send an email by using the "Contact" menu option I get a message saying "Volume of email is too much to handle" or something like that! 2 or 3 times I tried to contact by phone and after navigating thru n levels of menu, I was actually disconnected.

Vonage customer service truly is non existent, what to do, I love the price.

I had hoped to get more votes on this issue but seem like its going to be 50/50 on receiving an email from tech support.

Guess the tech support issue is well within the "threshold of pain" that customers are willing to put up with.

I see an issue here that until the Customers say "enough is enough" we will be only getting the type of tech service "they want us to have" instead of the service we "deserve to have"...

Don't think that because you are getting phone service cheaper, that you have to take whatever is handed to you....Remember...The money is Coming OUT of your pocket and Going INTO theirs....You Deserve Proper Tech Support....
