It is the strangest thing, but I deal with an office for ages and as of last week, when I dial their main line and any direct extensions, I get a message saying "All Circuits are busy now...eureka info highway..."
This does not happen with any other 212 number I call. Nor anywhere else I've found so far, but has been happening on the one number I use the most without fail...(pun intended)
Reaching customer service is a joke, so I'm hoping I can get any ideas on here to resolve. I have to call the individuals cell phone and then they call me back from the office...so getting a call from that same number is not a problem. But I can no longer reach it and never had an issue before.
Any ideas? Resetting the system has made no difference. |

Wow! I posted on here assuming it was useless to even try to reach them, but this morning, I tried anyway. In the past, that has equalled nothing more than frustration, but this morning...
I called to cancel one line I've never used and am tired of paying for. One of my 212 numbers never ported tho I was informed all was good. Lost the number and used the temp 646 instead. Well, finally I called this morning to try to cancel that number...again. Followed the prompts for appropriate action and was immediately connected and immediately taken care of and immediately given a credit. Then, she transferred me to tech to deal with the above issue. He tried and got the same 'all circuits are busy.' It's a Vonage conflict, not a problem on the landline end. Submitted a ticket, gave me the number and hopefully, resolve is forthcoming pronto.
What a pleasant experience! Maybe they've been reading the forums. |

Could be. Let's hope they get to the bottom of it. |

I am having the same sort of "All Circuits Are Busy" message when I attempt to call a number in the UK that I commonly call.
I called customer support and got some guy in India, after the usual 10+ minute delay, who was useless. He put in a ticket for "advanced support" and they are supposed to call me back.
Probably the same as your problem. Will post results. |
