Post subject: Vonage Shipping.
I ordered
Vonage
on Feb. 11th and chose 2-day delivery, it's now the 11th day and still have yet to receive my device, after numerous emails and calls to Customer Support, I am still unable to track my package, I've became extremely frustrated at this point, and was promised 2 days ago that my package would arrive in 24-48hrs, well, still no package and still unable to track...does anyone have any suggestions?

It's strange that you can't track it. When
Vonage
sends you an order, you can check the order from your dashboard on vonage.com. You can find the DHL tracking numbers in there. If you don't see the order there, they didn't ship it.

well in a call to Customer Support yesterday i asked for a tracking number and i was informed that it hadn't been shipped yet, 10days later. truely unbelievable.. since it's only been 11 days would i have to pay the termination fee, because it's rediculous waiting 2 weeks for a 2-day delivery, and Customer Support is really of no help, they keep promising 2-4 buisness days, over and over, and still, nothing.

Vonage
will charge your credit card the day your
Vonage
account was created not the day you activate your service.

I've already been charged the activation fee when i signed up, the number even works, i just still haven't recieved my adapter, also is the refrence number the only way to track the shipment or is there a tracking number somewhere, I really don't wanna cancel my account before i even get to use it, but i already cancelled my land line (expecting the package to be here in 5 days or less), so now i'm phoneless and have used up tons of time on cell phone talking to customer support and still it hasn't been shipped, just doesn't make any sense..

No, you won't get charged a termination fee within the first 30 days of signing up with
Vonage

At this point you may want to go to your local BB or CC and pickup the adapter. Most of which come with a $100 rebate which will cover your purchase price plus an extra $40 for you. Then if the other adapter shows up refuse the package.

When you receive the adaptor, call CS and ask for some free time to compensate for your having to wait. Normally, to save a customer, the time will be granted (unless I just jinxed the deal).
