Congratulations. How did you get an ATA? if you signed up that late you should have gotten the RTP300.

Sorry for misspeaking. As a Vonage customer for over 2 years, ATA is in my mind! I did get the router this time. This is my third line.

Mind if I ask you potentially a stupid question? I just signed up for a Vonage account. When I accessed my online account the first number that was showing (under the "account" screen) for my home number was (as an example) 1-abc-dwx-ghij. My actual home number is 1-abc-def-ghij. Did you get the same? When the LOA was emailed to me the incorrect home number is also showing on the letter. Is this number (1-abc-dwx-ghij) temporarily used until my actual home number (1-abc-def-ghij) is ported? I'm confused. Thanks for helping in advance.

While you do have a temporary number until your port completes, this should appear as a virtual number in your web account. Your main number should still show your number that is being ported. The real question is, what does your Outbound caller ID say? that should be the number you are porting.

Unfortunately, i haven't setup any hardware yet since I want to get this issue resolved first. I should have also mentioned that I haven't even sent in the LOA until this issue or my confusion is resolved.

Send in your LOA, make sure your LNP number is correct there. Set up your device, find out what the outbound caller ID says. This is called troubleshooting.
