Actually, if you call in you are now able to select your device when you add a line, you're not limited to the RTP300 anymore, so the problem was solved. this happened like 2 weeks ago but I forgot to post it. You do have to pay for the difference tho between the RTP300 and the new device. The real problem was that the system automatically assigned the free RTP300 when you added a line before and it was a real pain in the ass and involved all sorts of tickets to get the device changed to something else.
