I have tried several times to contact Vonage regarding the incorrect time for the calls placed and received. My time zone is set correctly. The dashboard shows the correct time of calls, however the activity screen shows the calls 5 hours ahead of time. I have tried to contact customer support with no success. They are not accepting emails.

Check this earlier thread, they seem to be having an intermittent problem with their time.

Vonage is aware of this issue and hopefully will have it fixed soon. Below is the issue:

P1 Critical – Production Issue # 7282: Vonage Activity Page showing call times in GMT in instead of proper Time Zone.

Current Status: Vonage Activity Page showing call times in GMT in instead of proper Time Zone. Customer Care reported multiple customer have this issue. Tier3 and NOC able reproduce the same problem. Escalated to Production Support Web-Apps and NSI-Web Team for resolution --CUSTOMER IMPACT--: GMT call times on Activity Page on Vonage WebSite when the customer's web-login goes through webapp2 and webapp3.

I saw the same problem but it seems to have cleared up this morning and is posting both Dashboard & Activity in local time.
