Post subject: Call time 5 hours off in Activity index, OK in Dashboard
The time calls were placed or received appear incorrect in my "Activity" index, showing them as made/received 5 hours ahead of when they actually were. However, they are listed correctly in my "Dashboard".
For example:
Activity index:
Feb 18, 2006 01:07 AM
Dashboard:
Feb 17, 2006 08:07 PM
Why is this off exactly 5 hours? My time zone is set correctly as Eastern USA.

is aware of this issue and hopefully will have it fixed soon. Below is the issue:
P1 Critical – Production Issue # 7282:

Activity Page showing call times in GMT in instead of proper Time Zone.
Current Status:

Activity Page showing call times in GMT in instead of proper Time Zone. Customer Care reported multiple customer have this issue. Tier3 and NOC able reproduce the same problem. Escalated to Production Support Web-Apps and NSI-Web Team for resolution --CUSTOMER IMPACT--: GMT call times on Activity Page on
Vonage
WebSite when the customer's web-login goes through webapp2 and webapp3.
