They can get slammed big time, especially if any consumer advocate groups, investigative news teams, or even the internet fraud divisions get wind of it going on widespread. They better nip that one in the bud, because in the end, the money you THINK you're saving, may turn out to be a big loss later.
I just cancelled a softphone number I wasn't using and it took all of about 2 minutes. But I wasn't cancelling my entire service and the automated phone system sends you a different way if you want to give Vonnage the complete boot, so maybe that is where the problem lies.
But WOW, that Jersey accent sure is thick! You can't mistake that accent with an Indian one, that's for sure.
