I have been using Vonage for 8 months with few issues, if any. I've noticed that the last 3 days, the service has been poor.
To clarify, I can hear the other party just fine, however; I am told that when I speak (the upload, I suppose) the signal is breaking up badly.
Here are my statistics. I recall being able to obtain a higher QOS previously.
Test 1:
Download 1,831,464 bps Upload 256,232 bps QOS 30% RTT 28 ms MaxPause 270 ms
Ran it again, just to be sure:
Test 2: Download 2,084,128 bps Upload 331,800 bps QOS 48% RTT 28 ms MaxPause 181 ms
Currently using a Linksys WRT54G router with a Linksys RT31P2 from Vonage. In the config of my WRT54G router, I have set up QoS priority by the MAC address of my Vonage router.
