Normally, it takes 20 business days. Have you checked your dashboard for the status of your transfer?

Mine took 10 business days (from Bell to Vonage). They had actually predicted this coming Monday but it was complete yesterday.

You will get e-mail(s) from Vonage notifying you when it's moved.

My request to have my number ported was on January 5th. I have called Telus and Vonage on numerous occasions to see what the problem was to no avail. At first I really thought that Telus was the problem. Now I have found out that it is on Vonage's end that no number portability has been requested. Told me not to worry should be Friday Feb 22 will not mean longer wait but guess what still is not done. Vonage is saying it is their 3rd party representation but this could have been rectified long long ago if they had provided me with the PON number that I had requested. Really frustrated that on Friday when I got home there was no one at the LPN department to assist me and tell me further why this transfer had not happened. Maybe I made the wrong choice in choosing Vonage? Wait until next week and see how they plan on rectifying and let you know. Sad

I put in a request to transfer on Feb 16, got an email on Feb 23 saying the transfer is expected to be complete on Feb 28. (Roughly 10 business days). Will post back when transfer's complete. So far everything's been smooth sailing.

Have you received an email regarding the status, or what is the latest status shown in your "dashboard" when you log into your account? Where are you located? I'm wondering if location may be a factor; I'm in greater Vancouver.

Well, it's Feb. 28th, and the transfer's complete! No interruptions, no delays, no problems. Perhaps being outside a major call centre adds to the delay (total speculation)? Did you fill out the online LOA?
