Just got my Vtech Voip hooked up today along with voice mail. After listening and deleting voice mails, I then go to dial out and get the voice mail beep tones before I get dial tone. Is this operator error or a bug? |

After you finished listening to your voicemails and deleted them, did you press * to end the call or just hang up? If you did the latter, I believe it has been known to fail to clear the VM waiting indicator. You might try leaving yourself a VM, then going in and deleting it and press * before hanging up. If you did press * to end the call after originally deleting the VMs, you can try disabling VM from the Dashboard, wait a few minutes, and then enable it again and see if that clears it up. |

I'm having this same issue. I deleted the VM from the website and the beeping continues. RP, did the proposed solution solve the VM beeping problem? |
