busy signal on incoming calls

Tonight I have had problems on my line. On incoming calls twice it rang and nobody was there and now all incoming calls are busy??

Anyone having these problems?

Minneapolis number area code 952. Testing with my Sprint PCS phone.

It's a good thing they use the service announcements!!

wouldn't a problem with my phone adapter at least send my incoming calls straight to voicemail? when i call my Vonage line from my cell, all i get is a fast busy signal. has anyone called support on this yet?

Not to mention that it's not forwarding to my cell when the network is down. I guess it's down long before my connection.

that's what i'm assuming, but i won't be calling support until 9pm. i don't want to waste 20 cell phone minutes on hold Cool

I am on the line right now and the lady in tech support can call me. Probably because she is in the network.

I have told her many times that others on this forum are complaining and she doesn't get it. Ahhhhh, I love outsourced support!!!!!!!!!!

I hung up on her. She was going to have someone call me back. I tried to explain that it's not just me and she needs to listen but just doesn't get it.

I guess that we'll have to wait since she didn't seem to want to inform anyone. Idiots!!!!!!!!
