Post subject: RTP300 showing Call1 Status: line fail ????
What can I do fix this? Calls to customer service keep going to a busy signal......
All my phones no longer have dial tone. Checking the voice status on the the router page shows Provisioning succeeded but Call1 Status: line fail . This happened yesterday morning.
Internet connection is up-I am on the web now.
I have done multiple power cycles and router resets along with removing my home wiring and going with one phone directly into the RTP300. With no customer service help I have been put in a bad spot.
Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Is the phone light lit? Have you tried leaving all phones unplugged until the phone light comes on?
Unhooking the house wiring and going with a single phone was a good idea. Have you tried substituting different phones to be sure it isn't the one you chose?
