I have been on hold for 15mins so far trying to figure out why but I signed up a month ago and then they give me an email today saying the transfer has been cancelled with no reason at all. I got to the website and checkout the LNP transfer page and they say the same thing but add that the $9.99 number transfer fee will be waived. What a load of crap, the least they could do if the transfer did not go through is tell me it failed and no cancelled. Plus telling me what I can do to get it to work would be nice, I am only trying to transfer from Bellsouth here.

If Vonage doesn't receive your completed eLOA within 30 days the LNP is automatically cancelled. You will have to restart LNP, and can usually get that fee waived.
