I just ported my number over to Vonage. I noticed immediately.. Actually SWMBO noticed that while Vonage shows the numbers the names are all gone! There are a couple of exceptions to that, but only a couple. This is pretty dang important to her. She is using the same telephone she was before. Looking at Dashboard there are no names show up there either save for a couple. Something is blocking them. The Vonage ads say they caller ID's include the names. I need a fast pill here. When SWMBO is unhappy, everyone is unhappy.

Names should show up w/Caller ID, but I have noticed they don't show up on the call activity listed in the dashboard. You would think that if they can pass the name then it should be listed with the call activity as well.

They do show up in the Activity log. Move your mouse over the ID icon. You should see a tooltip with the phone number on the first line and the name on the second line.

I agree, they should, 9 out of 10 don't! I can't determine any pattern to them's that do and them's that don't.
