Ok--couldn't find a clear answer on the Vonage FAQ, so I'll ask here--do calls picked up on SimulRing cost me minutes? I've got the 500-min plan and just started to use the SimulRing to ring my mobile and wondered if, when I answer my mobile, do those minutes count against me?
I believe they do, but you can check that on your webaccount. Just log in and check the usage, then pick up a simulring call and check the usage again...
I believe the way it works is that it is considered a forwarded call from you phone which makes it an outbound call when answered by a cell phone or another landline, etc.

Thanks all for the answers--I kinda figured it would be minutes against, but wasn't sure (just asking before heading out of town for a bit and wanted to simulring).

Call Forwarding and SimulRing(SM) are both free with all Vonage accounts. However, remember that forwarded calls are treated as an outgoing call. Therefore, if you are not enrolled in one of our unlimited plans, overage charges apply to forwarded calls that exceed your calling plan's monthly allotted minutes.
I currently have two Vonage lines with different area codes. If I set up simuring between the two numbers is there a charge against my 500 minutes? I would think not because Vonage to Vonage calls are all free, but I don't know. Thanks in advance

Vonage to Vonage is free so the calls won't count against your plan.
