At least we now know Vonage loses slightly more than 2% of its customers every month (thats about 30,000 a month, just a little more than are complaining on this board. No wonder people have a hard time trying to cancel.) With the heavy marketing expenses, they've been able to replace them faster than that so far. The question is if they cut down on the marketing expenses to make a profit ($189+ million of losses in the first nine months of last year, WOW), will they be able to replace the ones leaving?

You wonder - sometimes there almost seems to be an overall direction (although definitely otherwise stated) to figure gaining 2 customers means signing on 10 and losing 8. Churn?
