I can't take another call to India. No dial tone for several days. Linksys router stuck on Router still restarting. Please wait a moment.

router = dead

go to best buy and get another one or call customer care and get a replacement ..

if you dont want to deal with CC i dont blame you , PM me your account number and I will get the order in first thing tomorrow mornign

Thanks for the offer. I'm going to pick up a new router. Hopefully I can get it swapped out without talking to the 'parrots'.

Spent about 2 hours on the phone with India. The one CSR had me Enable the MAC address cloning. This is after I kept telling him I was able to connect to the Internet. He of course kept insisting that this hoop would fix the problem.

Someone needs to edit the script they are reading to reflect Router still restarting. Please wait a moment. = [B]ROUTER DEAD!!! Rolling Eyes

I also had a chance to waste 2 hours explaining that i had already done the basics - very irritating customer support at Vonage. Their understanding of English seemed pretty poor.

Thankfully...they are sending a replacement device...the WRTP54G
- can't imagine what went wrong and why a firmware upgrade will not resolve the issue...

Error message was: Router still restarting. Please wait a moment.

This was w/firmware 1.30.00 (US) - not sure if the international firmware is any different.
