Can anyone here please offer me some advice? I'm not sure what to do.
About a year ago, I had a regular POTS line through Covista Communications. I switched to Voip and I ported my number over to Vonage. The port took about 2 months. Because Vonage still doesn't offer anonymous call rejection, I am switching to Verizon VoiceWing. I'm not unhappy w/ Vonage service, but the ACR feature is important to me. Vonage has been promising it for a while, but still hasn't delivered. I originally requested the port from Vonage to VoiceWing on 01/12/06. When I call VoiceWing, they keep telling me they're waiting for Vonage to give them a 'release date.' When I call Vonage, they tell me they've 'never received a request' from VoiceWing. Here I am, stuck in the middle. If you were me, what would you do? I need some expert advice...please.
