After about 15 minutes on EVERY call I can no longer hear the person on the other end of the call but they can hear me. Vonage help nas been... well no help. This sounds like my seimens 2624 wireless router resetting after a defined period of time and dropping (half) of the call. The call lasts for 15 to 16 minutes when it happens.

You'll need to provide more info for people to be able to troubleshoot. I'm suspecting it's either your router, modem, or ISP. Can't help you more without more details on your setup.

I gather the Siemans 2624 is a combination modem and wireless router. Is that correct? Are you using a 2.4 GHz cordless phone? That can cause problems with a wireless router.

That said, you have a lot of dropped packets in both directions. I think you're going to need to have a conversation with your ISP. Also take a look at Nate Hoy's material here.

Question 2 No
ISP -- I'll call them, thanks

Bought a new router - Linksys WRT54G - and ditched the siemens 2624 after being on the phone with siemens tech support who finally admitted that I probably needed a new one.

no problems on a three hour webex demo while on conference call

Glad to hear that the problem was solved. Since you have a WRT54G, you might want to consider searching the forum for the information on the aftermarket firmware for this router, if you have one of the older models which supports it. It does make a difference in the performance and functionality of the router.
