I would like to share my past one week experience with you. My service interrupted for a weeks and I was not able to communicate with my wife back in Canada. Made about 50 calls to get the issue resolved but no luck. When I was almost reaching to canceling my service with Vonage, I thought of making a last attempt. I asked Vonage Canada technical service person to transfer me to his supervisor, he transfer me to Advance Service person
MR. M. Shoaib. I was impressed the way he handled my issue, he listened my problem, called me back several times and then solved the problem. Now I have changed my mind and staying with Vonage only as believe that I cannot get an excellent service like this from any other provider. Congratulations for having such a wonderful people to serve customers.

I have two Vonage numbers, one in Canada and one outside. I communicate with my family through Vonage only, when I called my home in canada last week, I was able not able to hear them. While they were able to hear my voice. This problem continued for several days with out any solution. Later an other serious problem started, I could not call any one at all, line was disconnected every 30 or 60 seconds. It was very frustrating, any how problem is solved now. They need more trained people for Canadian operation.

what exactly was your problem then? where outside Canada are you using Vonage? was this problem actually Vonage, or was it with your foreign ISP? did Vonage just change your ports to bypass the foreign country's blocking of Voip? you may be breaking a law in that country by using VoIP..

we're glad you got it to work, but were also wanting more details.. and just want you to know you may be breaking laws in a foreign country..
