Does anyone know where the WooHoo song came from? Is it a bit from a real song? Or just something tested as a marketing thing? It sounds strangely familiar, but I haven't been able to figure it out.

Actually, it's older than Kill Bill, and the 5,6,7's re-recorded it...

Originally was recorded by the Rock-A-Teens in 1959:

Anyone remember 45's?

I'm not sure how I came into posession of it, but I found a copy of it one night.

Wow. Seeing that old 45 brought back some memories.

I remember when...
... I bought my first album. (AC/DC, Dirty Deeds, on vinyl)
... I received my first stereo. (Hand me down from my uncle. I had to buy an 8-track to cassette tape adapter.)
... I made the decision to stop buying cassette tapes and convert my music collection to CDs. (Ouch, that hurt the old pocket book.)
... they shutdown Napster. (Just led to more piracy, in my opinion.)

I don't even want to think about all the technological changes I've witnessed. It will just remind me how old I really am. Eek

... and I know the woman at Vonage's advertising agency in Boston who came up with the idea of pairing that song with the home video footage in the ads.

They also do a lot of other ads you've probably seen and are sick of too. Confused
