im still having problems with my voicemail. when i try to access it by dialing *123, it asks for my password but it wont accept it. it just says pealse enter password. is anyone else having this issue? i checked my web account for any service outages but there are none. |

You're just hitting the 4 digits after the prompt asks for the p/w right? I know I used to get confused between Vonage and my Verizon cell and try to hit a # in there and sometimes it messed it up. |

this has been happening not too long ago. i know Vonage had issues with it for a while now but im still having problems. is there a way to reset my voicemail account to see if that works out my problem? i have tried to disable and re enable voicemail in my weba ccount but that didnt help. |

Have you tried accessing it from your regional number, i.e remote access? Maybe try that and change the p/w. Other than that, a call to CS might be in order. |

i think im going to call costomer service because if i try to press any number, the voicemail server doesnt even pick it up. i relise that when im hitting the keys its still talking and it wont pickup any number i dial. i think this is an issue that i should take up with costomer service. thanks for the help. anyother recommendations are greatly apreciated. |

It sounds like there's a DTMF recognition issue. Hopefully something that can be easily resolved by a tech making a few adjustments to your TA. |
