I've run with a Vonage US account for a couple years now. I would like to now add a separate second line for a Vonage Canada account. Now I have the following questions:

I do not believe that I can sign up in Canada with a refer-a-friend from my US account. Although it would be nice to give myself the credits, it just doesn't look like it'll work this way. I've never been able to access the .ca page and maintain the referrer id. Is this correct?

Is the Brother printer promotion ended? While I have the bookmark for the webpage, I haven't seen any recent ads where I almost always have seen them. Although, they are most through ad-servers and can impact visibility. I guess I could say the webpage is still up, but who knows with Vonage sometimes Confused

Is the Canadian Tire money $50 promotion the only other promotion really out there? I have no problems with that since it also includes no activation charge. I just want to know if there is something that may be more appealing to me.

Thanks everyone,

Visa has a promotion at www.visaperks.ca where if you sign-up with your visa card you get 1 month free plus the waive the $39.99 signup and $19.99 shipping fee for the adapter. Anyone know if this promotion works with Vonages rebates so it would truly cost $0.00 to sign-up with a new phone adapter?

Ok. So that's another promotion out there.

So I believe that the brother printer bundle, was just a printer and I pay full activation and shipping, but I would get the printer.

The Canadian Tire O-M/C looks like free activation, and I don't know about shipping, but you get $50 Cdn Tire money after 60 days.

The Visaperks gives free activation and shipping, and you get your 3rd month free.

Thanks

Any idea if you still get the PAP2 device for $149.99 - $149.99 = $0.00 if you take one of these deals, or are they mutually exclusive? That's what I'm really curious about.

Taking each unique link into sign up, it appears that each offers the RTP300 for the $0 net cost.

Hello all,

Just to report, I signed up with the CDN Tire Options promotion. In terms of net cost, I didn't see alot of difference. With the printer (which I didn't need), the extra you paid up front was offset the higher value reward. The Visa and CDN Tire options were both appealing, but since I only wanted the most basic plan, I went for the $50 in CDN Tire money. Both credit card plans had free activation, but I had to pay shipping on the CDN Tire signup.

Oh well

Thanks for the input

Does CDN Tire Signup have one-month free?

No they did not. Had I wanted a more expensive plan, the month free from Visa may have swayed me.
