John, I'll be very honest with you. Your situation ****. Nothing is worse than getting a new toy/gadget, and it doesn't work the way it should. Coming here and wanting compensation is fruitless. This is an independant support forum. What you should do is search on here for the CEO's voicemail. It's around here somewhere. Call very nicely, and explain what happened to you, and your not sure if you want to stay with Vonage, but could they somehow make good on the deal by either fixing the number or offering some sort of compensation. That's really all you can do. That not working, you could always file a complaint with the BBB if you wanted to also.
I really did mean have a nice day, I wasn't trying to be flippant. Sorry if it seemed that way.  |
