Post subject: Basic 500 - what counts on my minutes?
I've been reading the FAQs and several postings and I'm still not clear on a few things regarding the basic 500 plan. Here goes...
First of all, my understanding is that I have 500 minutes which can be used for long distance, local, or regional calls with the basic 500.
1) Will incoming calls count against my 500 minutes?
2) If I set up auto call forwarding (ie call forwarded to my cell if unanswered on the
Voip
line after XX seconds), will the time I speak on the cell phone for that forwarded call count against my 500 minutes? I understand that a manual forward WILL count - I'm just not sure on this auto forwarding
3) Do calls to voice mail or toll-free numbers count against my 500 minutes?
Thanks!
