I was hoping to be able to set up 2 different pieces of hardware on the same line of service. Is this "do able". I mean, I know something like this is POSSIBLE...I have worked in the Computer Industry for 13 years, but does Vonage allow for 2 MAC Addresses to be on ONE phone line of service?
It would make it easy for me, so I can have one PAP2 at home and one PAP2 at my condo, without having to take hardware anywhere.
Any, info appreciated.
(Or can I SPOOF a MAC Address on like the RTP300 to LOOK LIKE the PAP2 and have it work??)
Thanks!

no it's not really possible, the devices would 'fight' for registrations. so one device will work for approx. 30 seconds and then the other. Plus the newest build on Vonage's apps only allow the number to be put on one device at a time. |

I would probably try a simul ring or call forwarding option before I started trying to change MAC addresses. |

It can be done, but it cannot be discussed here. |
