I also would love to have the email address of Vonage customer support. I have a few issues that need resolving, but I don't have the hour or two of time to get through the Level 1 guys in India to reach someone that can actually help.
I think it is pathetic that Vonage is not accepting email/contact form requests through their website because of "too much volume". Certainly they could resolve many of the issues more efficiently by email than wasting everyone's time by telephone.
now my updates, I have been calling Vonage for the last 2 days trying to get that PON for the PUC. so u said u didn't need to go this route and u kept sending emails to vonage????
can I get that email from u? please.... because I have been calling and calling with Vonage just hanging up on me and not returning calls....
