Duplicated phone numbers?

I am a fairly new customer of Vonage, about 2 months or so, and very recently all my calls are ringing to someone elses phone. I have not made any significant changes to my services that could have resulted in this. When I try to call Vonage for support on this I get transferred to a line that basically says we are to busy to talk to you now call back later and hangs up. That I feel is unacceptable, but is not the reason for my post. Can anyone help me make sure that my phone rings when someone calls my number? I would prefer not to have to change my number, and feel that if I do the other persons number will change with it anyhow since they are getting my info. Any help is much appreciated! Thanx!

Strange!

I don't think there should be any settings you should be able to change that would make your number ring to someone else's number, UNLESS -- you forwarded your vonage line to another number like a friend's house, cell phone, work line? If you did this, is it possible you typed the number wrong?
