Had Vonage for 2 months and it is pretty good. Sometimes the other person cannot hear me for 10 seconds but I think it is due to latency on RoadRunner traffic. Vonage helped me with some changes to bandwidth, packet and buffer size yet it happens from time to time and also may sound like it is underwater. But I still will keep it for now.
Any comments on the above are welcome.

Real problem: I occasionally will get call waiting beeps but sometimes 30% of the time, I will receive no beeps and it will go directly to voicemail. Not sure why. I have everything set up properly.

Usually happens when I make an outgoing call from home and an incoming call comes in from a cell phone.

Vonage told me to disable voicemail and then to re-enable it. I did such and we shall see.

I also changed the time of going to voicemail to 45 seconds from the default 30.
