Is anyone else having international call problems? I have tried calling france... but kept getting someone in north america... I try calling other countries and nothing ever goes through despite the fact that the same number can be dialed from another phone and work fine. Is there something going on with Vonage? I have been a customer for a while but it seems like the service is degrading rapidly.... Support isn't too helpful either! I have been bounced around so many times and for so many days now that I don't know who I should be talking to. All I know is that I shouldn't have to wait 5 days to make a call that I could make perfectly fine before... 5 days and not even a technical answer... 2 days tops before I am retiring the VOIP router and going back to mother Bell.

Is your international calling enabled ? Otherwise you can't call outside North America.
