Our company has just purchased a JR168-100 SIP Phone and we're having problems connecting it to our Vonage accounts. I figured that if I post the web configuration window then maybe some of you Vonage boffins will please help us with this - we're probably just missing something obvious.
The phone is connected to the internet using a crossover cable into a laptop, which is sharing, using Windows Networking, its wireless connection to a router which is in turn connected to our SDSL router. My CounterPath eyeBeam phone works fine from a fresh install on the PC, but I can't for the life of me connect the phone. I know the phone is getting DNS okay, and according to the phone, it can ping the 'Service IP', whatever that means.
The web-based settings page for the phone, along with its current settings, is here (scroll down for the SIP settings):
Does anyone have any ideas? - we'd be eternally grateful! |

Hi there,
Can I have the user manual for JR 168-100 ip phone ? I tried the product manufacturer's web site. But it seems some tech. problem for downloading it. If you mail it to my address: tusheronline@hotmail.com I would be very helpful. I need the softcopy user manual of the phone.
