Try disconnecting the power to your RTP300 for a few minutes, then plug it back in and leave it alone for about 15 minutes... Clear your web browser's cache, then see which version you have. If you still don't have it, then you'll want to call Vonage's tech support (or Wonridge Teknikal Suppoot if you happen to reach their India call center). They'll be able to push the firmware out to you. Normally these devices update on their own.

I unplugged it for a bit and then plugged it back in. Sometime overnight it updated the firmware to the latest version. Does the router give some type of indication that its updating?
During the process, the power light flashes rapidly, and during the download of the firmware itself, you'll see the internet traffic light flash rapidly as well. The whole process takes about 2-3 minutes at most.
