If Vonage only offers 30 days but the manfacturer offers 1 year go direct to the OEM. |

I 4 lines from Vonage, all on one bill. I had two different adapters, and I got both exchanged free of charge because I wanted them changed. I do not know why you had any problems. I have had these devices from 2003 when I first became a customer, and I wanted newer equipment. I called the 1Vonagehelp line and they sent me new equipment, easier than taking cake form a baby. |

I was going to post almost this exact message. I don't have four lines, but I've had two devices swapped out so far without any talk of warrantees.
One question for the original poster, did you purchase the orginal RT31P2 from Vonage or a third party? |

I can tell you that I got mine from Vonage when I signed up. It was free for signing up. In my booklet that came with the router it says that your Voip provider will replace the unit within 1 year of purchase. I was still under that year. The guy on the phone told me they don't exchange routers anymore. I had to remind him of the policy that came withthe device and is spelled out in the booklet and he said oh okay. They should know what warranties the devices they carry have. |
