are there any real human beings working at customer service?

I've called a few times during the last few days and got put on hold (after pressing 75 different options) for 93 minutes,after all that, no one picked up the phone. Then the call gets disconnected. This happened quite a few times with the same horrific wait times. This company is a joke! When the service is working, things are great. All those people that talk about how wonderful Vonage is (i was once one of them), will soon have to call customer service and they will get the same surprise as me. I am still not convinced that in the Vonage customer service "building" there are more than 10 people working. There is no way that a company will survive with wait times this bad and customer service this horrible. Vonage will not be around in 3 years unless they do some serious hiring in the customer service dept.

Wonder if Vonage knows how upset some customers really are?

Posting your frustrations here i don't think will get to the correct personel.

Any Vonage employees on this forum know where to direct Customer Service complaints??
